CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

In case of change of plans or dissatisfaction, customers may cancel their reservations and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


CANCELLATION POLICY

Certain cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

Cancellation Charges for reservation

– Cancellations 24hrs before the pickup time, will attract NO cancellation charges.

– Cancellations between 6-24 hrs prior to pick up will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 25% of the gross price.

– Cancellation in less then 6 hours prior to pick up will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the gross price.

– On the spot cancellation before start of the Journey (or No intimation for cancellation, also called No Show) will attract cancellation equivalent to 75% of the gross price.


REFUND POLICY

Depending on the mode of payment of your order, Refund may involve deduction of transaction or handling charges as “Refund Processing Charges”.

We will Refund your payment only within 2 working days, Its very easy & fast Refund process

In case of cancellation of the reservation the cancellation charges will be deducted form the payment received as per Cancellation policy, along with refund processing charges if any and balance amount will be refunded to you, preferably with the same payment mode as selected by you.

In order to protect full value of your payment instead of refund you can seek a Credit Coupon that can be used in your next trip or even given to some of your friends or family for their travel with Wellcabs.
