A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment (full or partial) is completed
  • You receive a confirmation via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email

WellCabs reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of incorrect details or unavailability of service.


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup time are eligible for full refund
  • No cancellation charges will be applied

  • Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before pickup will incur a minimal cancellation fee (10% – 20%)
  • Remaining amount will be refunded

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup time will attract higher charges (30% – 50%)

  • If the customer does not show up at the pickup location without prior notice:
    • No refund will be provided

  • Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations as per the above policy
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

⏳ Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Last-minute cancellations (as per policy)
  • No-show at pickup location
  • Incorrect booking details provided by the customer
  • Unreachable customer at the time of pickup

  • Changes to booking (date, time, location) are allowed subject to availability
  • Modification requests should be made at least 12 hours before pickup
  • Fare differences may apply

In rare situations, WellCabs may cancel a booking due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Unavoidable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)
  • Driver unavailability
